Coronary angioplasty in iatrogenic coronary artery stenosis

Iatrogenic coronary artery stenosis as a serious complication of aortic
valve procedures is a difficult condition to solve. We present a case in
which both ostia were involved. As the patient refused reoperation,
percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) was used.
