Coronary artery air embolism following pulmonary valvotomy for pulmonary atresia: a note of caution
S Stewart, JP Harris and JA Manning

for pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum is reported. The
presumptive source of this complication is a fistulous communication
between the coronary artery and right ventricle, and may be preventable by
certain modifications in technique.
