We appreciate the comments by Hashmi, Hanif, and O'Reilly concerning our recent article, titled "The Relationship of Postoperative Electrographic Seizures to Neurodevelopmental Outcome at 1 Year of Age After Neonatal and Infant Cardiac Surgery."
